Pre and Post Pregnancy Physiotherapy and Pilates Packages
Pre-birth Acupuncture Package:
- Four sessions weekly from 36 weeks
- Complimentary induction session if required after the due date
- £165 (10% discount)
Breast Ultrasound Package:
- Three sessions for the treatment of Mastitis
- £120
Pregnancy or Post Pregnancy Luxury Package:
- 1 hour standardised physiotherapy assessment
- 1 hour massage/myotherapy session
- Five 1:1 Pilates sessions with a physiotherapist
- 1 hour post pregnancy physiotherapy assessment and exercise advice
- £465 (10% discount)
Pregnancy or Post Natal Pilates Mat Class Package:
- 1 hour standardised physiotherapy assessment
- 1 hour massage/myotherapy session
- Ten Pilates mat classes with a physiotherapist
- 1 hour post pregnancy physiotherapy assessment and exercise advice
- £315 (10% discount)
