Beginner: A great way to introduce your body to the benefits of Pilates or an ideal class for those who are injured. Learn to use your core abdominal and stabilising muscles to improve your strength, posture and movement.
Improvers: For experienced beginners who are not quite ready to make the leap to intermediate.
Intermediate: A higher level class for those without injuries. Requires a good level of experience and fitness. A great progression for those experienced in Pilates and ready to move to a higher level of strength, control and balance.
Advanced: The ultimate in body strengthening, lengthening, toning and body awareness for those experienced devotees.
Cardio: Performed on and around the Pilates reformer, with a large focus on dynamic and aerobic movements. Ideal for injury free people who want to increase fitness and challnge their body.
Ante and Post Natal: Specifically for pregnant and/or new mums to prepare the body for birth, target the pelvic and abdominal muscles, and to rebuild posture and endurance after birth. You are welcome to bring babies.
Sensational 60's: A great place for our sensational 60's to enjoy the benefits of Pilates surrounded by other sensational 60's. Posture, strength, mobility, flexibility and balance are key componants of the class.
Body Balance: A series of classes designed to improve balance and strength for those concerned about their mobility.
Ski Pilates: A course of 4 or 6 weeks to progressively stregnthen all those muscles required for you to be your best on the slopes! Reduce your sore muscles and chance of injury.
Pilates Gym: A dedicated studio with a range of small and large Pilates equipment allowing you to progress through your individually designed program under the supervision and guidance of a physiotherapist.
Boom-Lates: Pilates classes for teens. Classes improve posture, balance and general strength. Specifically designed for young people wishing to improve agility  and conditioning or those with specific physiotherapy needs.
